Join Prospect Heights Democrats for Reform for an exciting event! PHDR is co-sponsoring a screening of Gerrymandering on February 23rd at 6:00pm. Once every 10 years, New York State legislators essentially have the power to manipulate the boundaries of their own districts for political gain. To discuss how we can reform this process, we will be joined by Assemblyman Hakeem Jeffries, State Senator Daniel Squadron and Gerrymandering filmmaker Jeff Reichert for a discussion following the screening.
