Description:

Many residents believe construction at the Atlantic Yards site is the origin of an acute rodent problem, through a combination of disrupted nests, neglected abatement and new food sources. Sources for food and water that sustain the rodents are also available in the nearby residential community, most particularly as a result of improperly contained garbage.

Please join the meeting sponsors for a discussion of what can be done to alleviate the problem.

The NYC Department of Health, the NYC Department of Sanitation, the Empire State Development Corporation, and Forest City Ratner Companies have been invited to participate.
