Councilmember James urges LPC to designate Prospect Heights Historic District

Councilmember Letitia James, whose district includes all of Prospect Heights, in a letter to Landmarks Preservation Commission Chairman Robert Tierney, requested the LPC to designate a historic district in Prospect Heights "as soon as possible."
PHNDC thanks Councilmember James for her support of this critical effort to protect the character of the Prospect Heights neighborhood.
