Assembywoman Joan Millman supports historic designation for Prospect Heights

In a letter dated February 1 to LPC Chairman Robert Tierney, Assemblywoman Joan Millman expresses her support for PHNDC's efforts to have a historic district designated in Prospect Heights.
PHNDC thanks the Assemblywoman for her support, and looks forward to working with her to protect the scale and character of Prospect Heights.
