All community members are welcome to join the Prospect Heights Neighborhood Development Council for its October General Meeting, to be held on October 29 at Duryea Presbyterian Church. New York State Attorney General Letitia James will be joining us for opening remarks. Our agenda will includes information on local development projects, historic preservation initiatives, and of course, our local rodent problem. There will also be a presentation by the Brooklyn Botanic Garden on the threat its plant collection faces from a proposed massive building complex including two 39‑story towers at 960 Franklin Avenue.
