The mission of the Atlantic Yards Community Development Corporation is to oversee compliance with the Atlantic Yards project's public commitments, including public benefits and mitigation of project impacts. AYCDC was formed as a result of asettlementbetween local organizations, including PHNDC, and the Empire State Development Corporation in June of 2014.
