Forest City Ratner has opened a Community Liaison office for the purpose of answering the questions of residents and business people with respect to the Atlantic Yards project.

• The office is located at 24 Sixth Avenue between Dean and Pacific Streets.
• The office has published a phone number of 866.923.8513.
• The email address is communityliaison@atlanticyards.com. However the Sixth Avenue office does not yet have a phone or computer.
• The normal business hours of the office are 8:00AM to 4:00PM Monday through Friday, although PHDNC was informed the office would be staffed during any other hours in which construction was to take place at the project site.

The procedure of the office at this time is to record questions or concerns from community members, and to forward them to the appropriate department within FCRC for a response. The office will then follow up with the individual making the original inquiry.

The Community Liaison office is run by the Government and Public Affairs department of FCRC.

PHNDC asked the office to provide the name of the officer of FCRC responsible for supervising its activities. We have also asked for a description of the protocol that the office will use to resolve issues which require more than a return phone call. We will post that information when we receive a response.
